How to make it
Enter a short reply
In the text tab, enter a phrase such as “checking” or “one moment.” Break longer text into lines, but keep the word count low enough to read at chat size.
Choose typing and reveal speed
Select typing and adjust effect speed. Watch several loops to check both the letter reveal and the time available to read the completed phrase.
Save a Slack or Discord GIF
Choose Slack or Discord 128×128 output and the matching GIF file-size target, then save. Open the downloaded file to make sure the last letter appears before uploading it.
Tips for a clear emoji
Typing suits “working on it” and “checking” status reactions. Shorten the phrase or lower effect speed if the loop restarts before you can read it. Avoid tiny letters and complex backgrounds to keep the text readable and the GIF easier to compress.
